The McCafferty House presently has four King sized bedrooms on the second floor, three of which have king sized beds and the forth twin beds. Each has its own in-room bath, television and air conditioning. These rooms are available year round at a rate of eighty-five ($85.00) dollars per night.

Room 301	Room 303

The third floor has two rooms that are also available for special occasions such as family gatherings, weddings or meetings. Room 301 has one double bed. Room 303 has two double beds. The third floor has air condition and a common shower and bathroom used by both rooms. Only on rare occasions do we allow unrelated families to rent these rooms. These rooms are seventy-five to eighty-five ($75.00 - $85.00) dollars per night.

FACILITIES

We operate a full service facility; our Country Breakfast is designed for the hungry.

Available is a sitting room (parlor), large community sitting room with access
to board games reading material and a TV, which has a DVD player available.

Breakfast: Family dining for as many as 14 or private dining for two.
Outside Breakfast also available during warm weather.

For those who appreciate a large sitting porch with comfortable chairs and recliners, take a moment to appreciate our newly recreated porch. We took it back to 1885.
